Refund policy

You may cancel your participation in the program at any time by providing written notice to gardea@trifectastrong.com.

1. Cancellation Before Program Start Date

• If you cancel before the program start date, you are eligible for a full refund, regardless of whether you paid in full or via a payment plan.

2. Cancellation After Program Start Date

• If you have paid in full and choose to cancel after the program start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the portion of the program completed at the time of cancellation.
• If you have opted for a payment plan and choose to cancel after the program start date, you will not be eligible for a refund. You will also be responsible for any remaining payments due under the payment plan.

3. Exceptional Circumstances In cases of unforeseen circumstances (such as medical emergencies), refunds or program credit may be issued at our discretion. Please contact us at gardea@trifectastrong.com with any such requests, and we will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
